These Terms and Conditions apply to all who visit or use our website. By accessing the website and/or making a payment of an invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or make a payment via this website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and constitute a binding agreement between The Manse Retreat and the user. Please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully as they contain important information. You may wish to print a copy for reference. We reserve the right to change or update the Terms & Conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions apply between The Manse Retreat and the user. You cannot assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions, and no other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms and Conditions.

Invalidity
If any of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid, this should not invalidate the remaining conditions, which shall remain enforceable. No waiver by us of any condition shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term & condition. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Scope

​The Manse Retreat website is designed for use within the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. If you access and use the services on our website from outside these areas, you do so at your own risk.

Prices
​
All prices are quoted in Sterling. All prices are subject to alteration; however, any change in price will be notified to you prior to your retreat.

Payment methods
​
The Manse Retreat is able to accept payment by credit and debit cards or online banking. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation. We cannot be held liable in any way if the card-issuing company refuses or does not authorise payment to us. The Manse does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
​
We require payment to terms. Payment must be made on time and in full, unless agreed with us in the first instance to pay by installments.

Cancellation Policy
​
Our policy reflects the work involved before you attend The Manse Retreat. One month before your arrival date, a full refund is offered. Two weeks before your arrival, 50% is refunded. One week before your arrival, 25% is refunded. 48 hours before your arrival, no refund is offered.
​
Our 1-1 sessions have limited availability. Full refund with one week's notice. No refund is offered if the cancelled appointment is less than 24 hours. This is due to it being impossible to allocate someone else that time slot. However, if you wish to change the date, we are happy to accommodate within a one-month period.

All the above scenarios provide the opportunity to reschedule with no additional fees. We can agree to change your dates if we have availability. This must be agreed with us in the first instance.
