What to expect
The initial consultation typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, during this time we will gather your complete medical history from birth to present day. This includes information on medications, surgeries, supplements, and life experiences.
After the consultation, you will be provided with a personalised protocol that includes nutritional suggestions, recipes, handouts, research links, book recommendations, and lifestyle tips. Your plan is designed to be achievable and tailored specifically to your needs.
To further inform our recommendations, we may agree to add supplements and/or functional tests (additional fees may apply). These tests are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your individual needs.
